Terms and Conditions
Who we are
The Digital Food Assessment service is provided by Izhar Perlman, Portuguese tax number (NIF) PT216828023, Largo da Cutelaria 8, 2550-354 Casais de Montejunto, Portugal. Contact: izhar1@pm.me.
The service
After payment, you receive by email access to a questionnaire about your eating habits. When you complete it, we email you a personalised analysis within 24 to 48 hours, sometimes with PDF documents attached.
Not medical advice
The analysis is for information and is based on our weight-management experience. It is not a diagnosis or treatment and does not replace your doctor or dietitian. Before changing your eating, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor. Never change or stop medication on your own.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and give true information. The check before payment confirms the programme is suitable for you; if it isn’t, you are not asked to pay.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown before payment, in euros, including any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
Your account
Access is personal. Keep your password safe and don’t share it. We may suspend access that is used abusively.
Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund Policy.
Using the analysis
The analysis and documents are for your personal use. You may not resell or publish them.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee a specific weight-loss result, which depends on many factors. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, write to izhar1@pm.me. You can also use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book.
For consumer disputes you may use an alternative dispute resolution body, such as CNIACC, Portugal’s national consumer arbitration centre (www.cniacc.pt).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one published on the date of your purchase. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
